Cocoa Mass
Cocoa mass is the natural cocoa paste obtained by crushing and grinding cocoa beans. Cocoa mass, the main ingredient of cocoa powder, has an oily and dense texture. Cocoa butter and cocoa powder are obtained by melting this mass. Cocoa mass is often used in the production of chocolate and cocoa-based products.
