Cocoa Butter
Cocoa butter is a natural vegetable oil obtained by processing cocoa beans by hydraulic pressing or solvent extraction methods. Cocoa butter in solid form melts at room temperature and turns into a dark brown coloured liquid. Cocoa butter is used in the production of chocolate and other cocoa-based products.
