Omega 3 Oils
Omega 3 fats are essential fatty acids belonging to the group of polyunsaturated fatty acids. These fatty acids, which must be taken from outside because they cannot be produced by the body, contain components such as EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). Natural sources such as fish oil, flaxseed oil and walnuts are rich sources of omega 3. It is important for supporting heart health, reducing inflammation and improving brain function.
